The soft texture, combined with a lightly sweet and creamy flavour, is what makes this cheese so special. Graskaas has a short maturing time, usually no longer than four weeks, and that is what keeps its soft texture and fresh taste. Because graskaas is a seasonal product it is only available for a limited period: in spring and at the start of summer. A real treat for cheese lovers, who look forward to it every year.
