This +/- 4.5 kilo cheese is made in the traditional way, using the best milk, so that you enjoy a flavourful cheese. It is a smaller version of the typical young Gouda that has been made in the Netherlands for a very long time.

If you would rather receive a cheese whole, this wheel is a fine option, because we do not cut into it. It is supplied uncut in shrink wrap.
