This combination pack brings 1,5 kilo of Friesblond into the house in one go: 1 kilo Semi-Matured and 500 grams Extra Matured. Two cheeses from the same Frisian series but with a very different character, so you have cheese for the sandwich and for the cheese board at once.
The Semi-Matured ripens for 8 to 11 weeks “natuerlik”: mild, full and creamy, with that characteristic Friesblond sweetness. The Extra Matured sits on the shelf for at least 26 weeks and is a good deal firmer for it, with a creamy and intense flavour. That gives you young and long matured side by side in the fridge.
