Arjan van Cromwijk of the online cheese shop says hello

Hello. I am Arjan van Cromwijk, your online cheese farmer. It is a real pleasure to introduce myself here, so you know the face behind this website. I have been in the cheese trade since I was small. As a little boy I was already allowed to go with my father to the warehouse to help with jobs. From the age of 14 I have stood at the market for Cromwijk Kaasdok. So I do know a thing or two about tasty, fresh cheese.

For a number of months now I have been the face of the online cheese shop of Cromwijk Kaasdok. You will surely have noticed that there have been some changes and improvements here at the web shop of Cromwijk, your cheese farmer. We have already made the website run a great deal faster and translations are available in German and English. With that we hope to introduce even more people to our online shop and the tasty cheeses we sell.

I enjoy making people happy and going that little bit further to give people the feeling that they are valued as a customer. I would also be delighted if you told a neighbour or someone else you know about our online cheese shop, so that we can make many more people happy with our service.

We listen to suggestions

Looking at the comments on Trustpilot, that seems to be going rather well. We have also received a new vacuum machine by now, and new vacuum bags, so that we can pack the cheese better still. We certainly pay attention to every suggestion customers give us.

If you have a suggestion or would like to share something with us, you can email us at klantenservice@kaasdok.nl. We are going to change and improve a few things, but we would also like to remain your old trusted cheese farmer, so we are glad to listen.

Actiekaas

As you will have seen, we have started with Actiekaas and other offers. Keep an eye on the website. There will always be other or even new cheeses at extra good value. Because various kinds of cheese are being added soon as well. An extra reason, then, to visit our website regularly.
