Rijcker Young 48+ is the mildest cheese in the range. Soft and creamy, easy to slice and lovely on bread. An approachable cheese that goes down well with everyone at the table, children included.
Rijcker is cheese from the north of the Netherlands, where genuinely good cheese has been made for generations. Cheese as it ought to be: naturally matured, with a lovely, creamy flavour.
This cheese contains only pure ingredients, with no preservatives or other additions.
Rijcker is produced with respect for cows, farmers and the environment, with sustainability at its centre.
This cheese is matured naturally in a special environment until it has developed a distinct flavour of its own. That takes more time, but it repays the wait: a flavour that makes Rijcker one of the finest among Gouda cheeses.
