The Boeren Schat Young is a farmer's cheese from our De Boeren Schat series. It is made on the farm of farmer Onderwater from raw milk. This cheese has the soft characteristics of a young cheese, making it ideal for melting or simply slicing on bread. The Boeren Schat Jong 48+ is also a cheese for gourmets who appreciate artisanal cheese.
