Friesblond grew out of the wish to develop a cheese from our Frisian roots: level headed and without frills, or in other words 100% "natuerlik". Cheese as it ought to be: naturally matured, with a lovely creamy taste. A cheese made with care for the welfare of the cows and love for nature.
